The other two switches regulate separately the temperature and the spinning head. You are able to keep the whole production process in sight thanks to the blue-light screen that controls and digitally displays all settings. The pot is made of high-quality stainless steel and it has a 62-cm diameter, which makes it perfect for preparing large amounts of candy floss quickly. With this device you'll be able to produce and distribute approximately 4 kg candy floss. You can either roll the candy floss on a stick and bring it into shape during the production or you can pack it into plastic containers afterwards.
